  11. has anyone ever tried out the demo version of Peg Leg ? I did so last night
  12. and found
  13. that *basically*, the game runs. It's only incredibly slow... So I don't
  14. know if this is a
  15. problem of my machine (486) or if I  get the settings completely wrong. I
  16. tried to look
  17. this up in the executor faq but (shame !!) I simply don't understand the
  18. difference between
  19. the various options for graphics (animation and such, especially: what  is
  20. a normal refresh
  21. setting?). Could anyone give me a little hint?

  23. Also, the game can't exit - if you choose the exit command in the file
  24. menu, the bye button
  25. appears (as with a real mac) but you can't press it and therefore, the only
  26. way to exit is by
  27. pressing a certain button on the front panel of your computer...

  40. if you really do care so much about your wallet, you should buy executor
  41. NOW !! You said yourself that 50 $ would be an acceptable price, as for the
  42. quality of the product - paying now
  43. instead of later can only improve it... After all there has to be at least
  44. a little bit of philantropy
  45. around, otherwise everything's going to go down the black hole (I can
  46. afford a clear consience,
  47. I already paid!).
