  17. has anyone ever tried out the demo version of Peg Leg ? I did so last night
  18. and found
  19. that *basically*, the game runs. It's only incredibly slow... So I don't
  20. know if this is a
  21. problem of my machine (486) or if I  get the settings completely wrong. I
  22. tried to look
  23. this up in the executor faq but (shame !!) I simply don't understand the
  24. difference between
  25. the various options for graphics (animation and such, especially: what  is
  26. a normal refresh
  27. setting?). Could anyone give me a little hint?

  29. Also, the game can't exit - if you choose the exit command in the file
  30. menu, the bye button
  31. appears (as with a real mac) but you can't press it and therefore, the only
  32. way to exit is by
  33. pressing a certain button on the front panel of your computer...

  46. if you really do care so much about your wallet, you should buy executor
  47. NOW !! You said yourself that 50 $ would be an acceptable price, as for the
  48. quality of the product - paying now
  49. instead of later can only improve it... After all there has to be at least
  50. a little bit of philantropy
  51. around, otherwise everything's going to go down the black hole (I can
  52. afford a clear consience,
  53. I already paid!).
