  20. has anyone ever tried out the demo version of Peg Leg ? I did so last night
  21. and found
  22. that *basically*, the game runs. It's only incredibly slow... So I don't
  23. know if this is a
  24. problem of my machine (486) or if I  get the settings completely wrong. I
  25. tried to look
  26. this up in the executor faq but (shame !!) I simply don't understand the
  27. difference between
  28. the various options for graphics (animation and such, especially: what  is
  29. a normal refresh
  30. setting?). Could anyone give me a little hint?

  32. Also, the game can't exit - if you choose the exit command in the file
  33. menu, the bye button
  34. appears (as with a real mac) but you can't press it and therefore, the only
  35. way to exit is by
  36. pressing a certain button on the front panel of your computer...

  49. if you really do care so much about your wallet, you should buy executor
  50. NOW !! You said yourself that 50 $ would be an acceptable price, as for the
  51. quality of the product - paying now
  52. instead of later can only improve it... After all there has to be at least
  53. a little bit of philantropy
  54. around, otherwise everything's going to go down the black hole (I can
  55. afford a clear consience,
  56. I already paid!).
