  21. has anyone ever tried out the demo version of Peg Leg ? I did so last night
  22. and found
  23. that *basically*, the game runs. It's only incredibly slow... So I don't
  24. know if this is a
  25. problem of my machine (486) or if I  get the settings completely wrong. I
  26. tried to look
  27. this up in the executor faq but (shame !!) I simply don't understand the
  28. difference between
  29. the various options for graphics (animation and such, especially: what  is
  30. a normal refresh
  31. setting?). Could anyone give me a little hint?

  33. Also, the game can't exit - if you choose the exit command in the file
  34. menu, the bye button
  35. appears (as with a real mac) but you can't press it and therefore, the only
  36. way to exit is by
  37. pressing a certain button on the front panel of your computer...

  50. if you really do care so much about your wallet, you should buy executor
  51. NOW !! You said yourself that 50 $ would be an acceptable price, as for the
  52. quality of the product - paying now
  53. instead of later can only improve it... After all there has to be at least
  54. a little bit of philantropy
  55. around, otherwise everything's going to go down the black hole (I can
  56. afford a clear consience,
  57. I already paid!).
