- Zip is the standard of personal computer....
- You can compress/decompress *.zip in MSDOS, Amiga, Mac, Unix,
- Apple ][, VAX, .....
- Moreover, it is more easy to handle zip file than Gzip as zip can
- handle a group of files with full/partial path(directory) and delete or
- add a single file to the archive is more easier.
- I prefer zip .....

- lha as it is free and powerful....
