  29. I think this is partly a good idea, but people should *not* post
  30. binaries to the apps group.  Far better to post URLs of ftp sites
  31. where the program can be found.  Many people pay for their news
  32. access, and can't afford to have people posting binaries to
  33. non-binaries newsgroups.  Newsgroups for posting binaries really
  34. should have 'binaries' in the name.
