Have you tried using CHOPHEAD (if I remember the filename properly) to do this? Its a file in the AOL libraries that chops of the custom AOL header so that you can use MAC .sit archives with the IBM version of Stuffit Expander. It may also be a good idea to search the IBM libraries for Stuffit information, because if I remember correctly there was a discussion about this a while back because the IBM version of Stuffit also had problems with AOL files (it won't even recognize them as .SIT archives). ||||| Jesse D.
