  15. i'd really like to get executor working on my linux box (DX4-100, 8MB
  16. RAM, linux-1.2.7) but i'm having problems galore.

  18. i have the latest version of executor, 1.99m and previously i have
  19. played with an older version (1.99k) and that seemed to work ok but
  20. this isn't going well at all.

  22. when i start up i get the splash screen ok and i can move around in
  23. the filesystem without much trouble - the double clicks don't always
  24. work - but i can't run an app to save my life.

  26. 1.99k will run all demos/utils/games just fine.  double clicking on
  27. the icon for a game or demo w/ 1.99m just results in a segmentation
  28. fault.

  30. do i need to define and env variables before running executor?  all of
  31. the /usr/local/lib stuff is where it is supposed to be and executor
  32. itself is in /usr/local/bin.

  34. anyway, i'm sorta in the dark with this.  i have a lot of mac
  35. experience, and a fair amount of unix and dos experience but this is
  36. confusing me.
