  16. I have had some problems with my registered version of Executor/Linux 
  17. 1.99k, running on my 486DX PC.
  18.  
  19. They concern the application FoxBASE+/Mac version 2.0, which I use to 
  20. maintain a database of cell stocks in our liquid nitrogen freezers at 
  21. work.  The only real Macs we have to do this work on are some 
  22. decrepit old Mac Classics, and I have a reasonable PC (DX33, 20Mb 
  23. RAM, 17" monitor), so I jumped at the chance of running Mac programs 
  24. on the PC instead of the Classics, especially in a 1152x900 X window!
  25.  
  26. So, I set to work installing a few Mac programs, including FoxBase.  
  27. FoxBase runs fine (seems to, anyway), although help does not seem to 
  28. work, and it gives 'File not found' messages whenever I try to open 
  29. any database or program file.  Anyone got any ideas?

  35. PS... had some trouble printing too... says it can't find a printer.  
  36. I thought that Executor/Linux used the lpr mechanism to print?  Or do 
  37. I need to set something up first?
