  1. Ok, I ran into the same problem, and here is what I did:  I unzipped Disk 
  2. 1 to a floppy, and created the directory structure (ie a:\data\) and move 
  3. files to their respective directories (to find the dirs, type "pkunzip -v 
  4. EXKDISK1.ZIP (or whatever the file name is)".  Do the same thing for Disk 
  5. 2 on another floppy.  Now run the install program from Disk 1, and 
  6. everything should work.  Hope that helps...

  44.     That's what I thought about while reading a Computerworld which 
  45. mentioned that the people behind Ram Doubler are trying the same thing.
  46.  
  47.     Mat, if you could write native code emulation under the Power Mac 
  48. for the Synthetic CPU and integrate that into the Power Mac System...  
  49. there's a retail product hiding in there.  It's a side avenue, but one that 
  50. might be worth looking into.
  51.  
  52.     (Besides, if Executor can make native code for the i386, arguably 
  53. the most complex 32-bit architecture to write assembly for, it should be 
  54. portable to the power mac...)

  80. exchange the syth cpu technology for the rights to reverse engineer the ROMS or
  81. something.  since apple knows that their 680x0 emulation sux, i thought they
  82. might be considering such an option.

  123. technology exchange deal, that would improve the quality of both products 
  124. dramatically.

  273. Last I read, the new version of MAE (coming out soon, I think) has a
  274. dynamic binary recompiler in it (improving perf by 50% or so). Not sure
  275. how this compares with ARDIs synth. CPU.

  329. Does anyone have any experience with using Executor with Authorware 
  330. Professional 2.2?  It seems that the name of the window changes to 
  331. authorware, but after a few seconds it just puts the click which filename 
  332. you want to run stuff back up.  No warning or error messages of any kind.
  333.  
  334. I've also tried to run a packaged file created by Authorware, it just 
  335. draws the logo and hangs there, apparently eating a lot of memory and 
  336. doing nothing.
