  20. Perhaps something akin to TIA's .tiarc authentication scheme. Seems to be 
  21. a MD5 hash of pertainant information. The difficult part is uniquely 
  22. identifying a machine - and I'm against using a machine's primary 
  23. interface IP number (my poor Linux box is forever changing IPs).

  26. Personnally, I prefer TERM as TIA's SLIP seems a tad chunky.
