I just got a new 486/66 here and installed Executor/Linux 1.99h
on it with no difficulties running it.
The only difference between the two setups is that the one which
had the memory problem was using UMSDOS (and I got an ATI Mach32 board
for this one, altough I know it wasn't the video causing the problems
since I tried generic XFree Servers...)
(I loaded the same Slackware 2.1.0 release.)
Therefore, I now believe that Executor/Linux has a problem
working with the UMSDOS filesystem. This is probably an internal bug in
the UMSDOS filesystem, but it could be fixed within Executor.
Thanks! I'm glad to see Executor/Linux running well on a
computer at last!
