I just had a few comments about 1.99a compatibility. I can longer run Microsoft Word under 1.99a. Also, the problem with the Crystal Quest demo (crashes after 1 level) appeared. There are several programs that wored with 1.2x that no longer work (even in 1 bit color mode). One item that I think should be a relative priority is StuffIt/UnstuffIt compatibility; I have some archives that Compact Pro won't touch. I think the file utilities DA should definitely support Filetype/Creator modification, esp. for transferring files from DOS. Also, I've often had files "disappear" after being used, apparently because of something stored in the resource fork. With a DOS volume, deleting the %xxx file seems to restore it. Any word on System 7 compatibility?
