  13. This file contains information regarding the posting of DynaMine on
  14. Bulletin Board Systems.

  39. As the exclusive copyright holder for DynaMine, Green Diamond Software
  40. authorizes on-line distribution only in accordance with the following
  41. restrictions.  Disk Vendors and Distributors should refer to the VENDOR.TXT
  42. text file for complete license information.

  44. 1) The DynaMine software package consists of all of the files listed in the
  45.    PACKAGE.TXT text file.  If any files listed in the PACKAGE.TXT text
  46.    file, or the PACKAGE.TXT file itself, are missing, then the package is
  47.    not complete and distribution is forbidden.  Please contact Green
  48.    Diamond Software to obtain a complete package suitable for distribution.

  50. 2) The DynaMine software package - including all related program files and
  51.    documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any way (other than that
  52.    mentioned in the following paragraph) and must be distributed as a
  53.    complete package, without exception.
  54.  
  55.    Many BBSs customarily add a small text file (advertisement) to each
  56.    archived file.  This text file describes the BBS and tells people that
  57.    the file was downloaded from that particular BBS.  Other BBSs add a
  58.    small one-line message with their BBS name and phone number into the
  59.    compressed file, which will display when the file is uncompressed.
  60.    Either of these methods of mentioning your BBS are acceptable and may
  61.    be used, provided the program and documentation are otherwise unmodified
  62.    and complete.

  64. 3) No registered version of DynaMine may be distributed without a written
  65.    agreement from Green Diamond Software.  The main menu screen of the game
  66.    will identify the software as "shareware" if it has not been registered.

  68. 4) Licensee of the DynaMine software package shall not use, copy, rent,
  69.    lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer,
  70.    or transfer the licensed program except as provided in this agreement.
  71.    Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
  72.    termination of this license.

  74. 5) Registered users may possess only one registered version of DynaMine for
  75.    each registration fee paid to Green Diamond Software.  This restriction
  76.    includes any shareware versions of the software that have been converted
  77.    to registered versions.

  79. 6) The procedure for converting a shareware version of DynaMine to a
  80.    registered version is not public domain.  This information shall not be
  81.    distributed or revealed in any way to a non-registered user of the
  82.    software without permission from Green Diamond Software.

  90.   Government of the computer software and documentation in this package
  91.   shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable to commercial
  92.   computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in
  93.   Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 252.227-7013 (DFARS
  94.   52.227-7013).  The contractor/manufacturer is Green Diamond Software,
