  1. Copy Command Help Information      *
  2.  
  3. The Copy command is used to copy a
  4. range of contours' pen numbers into
  5. a holding register.
  6.  
  7. The Copy command is intended to be
  8. used in conjunction with the Cut and
  9. Paste commands.  These commands can
  10. be used to create complex repeating
  11. patterns in the pens of a project's
  12. contours.
  13.  
  14. Perform these steps to use the Copy
  15. command:
  16.  
  17.   1. Click contour "A"'s pen, if
  18.      necessary, to set the current
  19.      contour.
  20.  
  21.   2. Click the Copy command gadget.
  22.  
  23.   3. Click contour "B"'s pen.
  24.  
  25. The pen numbers from contour "A"
  26. through contour "B" are copied into
  27. a holding register.  The number of
  28. contours from "A" through "B" are
  29. also recorded.
  30.  
  31. Once a pattern is in the holding
  32. register, it can be pasted back into
  33. a range of contours using the Paste
  34. command gadget.
