  8. your best artwork in the LOADSTAR
  9. Graphic Art Extravaganza. All formats.
  10. All styles. All "PG-Rated" subjects.
  11. All together in one great
  12. Presentation!

  14.     We have arranged for a group of
  15. eastern Colorado artists -- who have
  16. never seen VIC-II graphics -- to judge
  17. the entries on composition, style,
  18. vision, and communication. The results
  19. will determine the order in which the
  20. art is presented in our LOADSTAR
  21. Gallery. Prizes are being arranged for
  22. the Best of Format and Best of Show.

  24.     All 160x200 format works will be
  25. converted to our LOADSTAR SHP format.
  26. FLI and IFLI must have a LOAD and RUN
  27. presenter program, or will be reduced
  28. to 160x200 format with GoDot before
  29. judging.
  30.  
  31. [NOTE:] Robin Harbron informed me that
  32. while some IFLI graphics are data
  33. files that can be viewed with NTSC or
  34. PAL viewing programs, others are
  35. packaged in executable code, and
  36. include specially designed features to
  37. get a bit more out of the VIC II. I
  38. hate to turn anyone's work down
  39. because of compatibility. However, if
  40. such a dedicated viewer/graphic does
  41. not run on an NTSC machine, we will
  42. not be able to use it. For data-only
  43. IFLI's, we would appreciate an NTSC
  44. and PAL viewer included in the
  45. submission.

  47.     Entry of a graphic will constitute
  48. a warrantee on the part of the
  49. submitter that the work is original.
  50.  
  51.     All entries will be published in
  52. LOADSTAR, which reserves the right to
  53. use any submission in any way in the
  54. future, though all other copyrights
  55. revert back to the creator.
  56.
