  6.     A major research institution has
  7. recently announced the discovery of
  8. the heaviest element yet known to
  9. science. This new element has been
  10. tentatively named "Administratium."

  12.     Administratium has 1 neutron, 12
  13. assistant neutrons, 75 deputy
  14. neutrons, and 111 assistant deputy
  15. neutrons, giving it an atomic mass of
  16. 312. These 312 particles are held
  17. together by a force called morons,
  18. which are surrounded by vast
  19. quantities of lepton-like particles
  20. called peons.

  22.     Since Administratium has no
  23. electrons, it is inert. However, it
  24. can be detected as it impedes every
  25. reaction with which it comes into
  26. contact. A minute amount of
  27. Administratium causes one reaction to
  28. take over 4 days to complete when it
  29. would normally take less than a
  30. second.

  32.     Administratium has a normal
  33. half-life of 3 years; it does not
  34. decay but instead undergoes a
  35. reorganization, in which a portion of
  36. the assistant neutrons and deputy
  37. neutrons and assistant deputy neutrons
  38. exchange places. In fact,
  39. Administratium's mass will actually
  40. increase over time, since each
  41. reorganization causes some morons to
  42. become neutrons forming isodopes.

  44.     This characteristic of
  45. moron-promotion leads some scientists
  46. to speculate that Administratium is
  47. formed whenever morons reach a certain
  48. quantity in concentration. This
  49. hypothetical quantity is referred to
  50. as "Critical Morass." You will know it
