-
- If you're interested in a few of the
-
- more exotic PEEKs and POKEs on your
-
- C-64 and would really like to show
-
- them all off to a friend, then PEEK-A-
-
- POKE is for you.
-
- You can sit back and watch the
-
- program program. What? A typo?? No,
-
- I mean what I said. Watch the program
-
- program. PEEK-A-POKE incorporates a
-
- self-programming technique. The
-
- computer, without any outside help,
-
- will generate and insert additional
-
- program lines. After "reprogramming",
-
- the computer will show you some
-
- programming examples that you may have
-
- never seen before. Eight different
-
- uses of PEEK, POKE, WAIT, and TAB
-
- are demonstrated by the computer.
-
- Every once in a while you have to do
-
- a little work yourself (like pressing
-
- the RETURN key). But other than that,
-
- the program is completely self-
-
- sufficient.
