  5. - This form is valid for versions listed below (and prior).
  6.   -- If you are attempting to register a later version, you must get an
  7.      updated form from any currently authorized Artware distribution site or
  8.      direct from either 1:138/211 or 2:281/527 using the magic name;
  9.      "VISAFORM".
  10.   -- Once registered, key(s) are valid for all future versions.

  12. - Registration prices:  TimEd v1.01     NetMgr v0.99
  13.      Non-commercial  :    $27.50          $17.50
  14.      Commercial      :    $37.50          $27.50
  15.  
  16. - All charges will be based on US Dollars only for Visa/Mastercard.
  17.   -- Currency exchange rates fluctuate daily, so actual end charges for non-US
  18.      credit cards may be adjusted at any time!
  19.   -- Use of this form constitutes consent to a charge at exchange rates in
  20.      effect at time of actual processing by Triad Computers and/or banking
  21.      systems involved.

  23. - Visa/Mastercard service is made possible through a distribution arrangement
  24.   with Triad Computers of Tacoma, WA, USA.
  25.   -- Visa/Mastercard will be billed as/by "Triad Computers".
  26.   -- Triad Computers will not be held liable to you or anyone for (but not
  27.      limited to) any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages,
  28.      including any lost profits, lost savings which may result from the use or
  29.      inability to use this program.
  30.      -- Your use of the program and/or this method of registration constitutes
  31.         your agreement to this license and disclaimer and your release of
  32.         Triad Computers from any form of liability or litigation.

  34. - Please fill out ALL information.  Incomplete forms cannot be processed.
  35.   This includes a voice phone number where we can reach you for verification
  36.   of the credit card order.

  38. - Notification of problems with processing will be sent via routed netmail.

  40. - Please ensure format of text is maintained (except suggestions line).

  42. - The form may be File Attached, sent via DIRECT Netmail, or sent via
  43.   Postal mail.
  44.   -- It is HIGHLY recommended you rename the form to match your last name
  45.      if the form is sent via file attach.
  46.   -- Do NOT send credit card information via ROUTED netmail!
  47.      (Routed netmail passes through several systems and may be viewed by
  48.       the SysOps of those systems. Send the form via direct crashmail!)
