  25.   Adding a Keyword

  27.       To add a keyword, simply type in the keyword or phrase and hit
  28.       enter.  The keyword or phrase will be added to your personal list.
  29.  
  30.       Note:  Keywords or phrases beginning with a minus character "-" are
  31.       considered filters (messages skipped based on keywords).

  33.       If you want keywords to be searched in the body of the message,
  34.       turn on the option under MAIL OPTIONS "Search Message Body".

  41.   Adding a Filter
  42.  
  43.       Filters are keywords which SKIP messages.  In otherwords, if
  44.       a message contains the keywords you are searching for, the message
  45.       will be "FILTERED" and excluded from your mail packet.  This is
  46.       an excellent method to avoid certain types of messages.
  47.  
  48.       To add a filter, simply type in the keyword or phrase PREFIXING it
  49.       with a MINUS sign.  For example; A filter -COLORED WATER will
  50.       will exclude messages having this phrase COLORED WATER.

  52.       If you want filters to search the body of the message, turn on
  53.       the option under MAIL OPTIONS "Search Message Body".

  60.   Deleting Keywords

  62.       This command will allow you to remove keywords and filters from your
  63.       personal list of keywords.

  79.       redisplay the list after you remove keywords.

  87.   Skip Vacation Saver
  88.  
  89.       When you skip the vacation saver, Xpress will not send you the
  90.       vacation packets stored in your mailbox.  Unless you delete the
  91.       vacation packets or download them, Xpress will continue to ask you
  92.       if you want to download them.

  94.       If you were attempting to SCAN and PACK mail, and you skip the
  95.       vacation saver session, Xpress will continue with the mail scanning
  96.       process.
