  4. While using the Flex Assistant, Xpress will show you mail areas which have
  5. new mail.  At the Flex Assistant prompt, you may type any of the following
  6. if it is allowed to be typed:

  8.  A - Grab all mail (default setting)
  9.  P - Grap personal mail (direct+keywords)
  10.  D - Grab direct mail only
  11.  K - Grab keyword mail only
  12.  L - Grab Last # amount. Prompt for # will follow.
  13.  F - Grab Last # amount. Prompt for # will follow.
  14.  H - Hold Mail. Pointers are not updated
  15.  S - Skip Mail. Pointers are Updated.
  16.  Q - Quit Flex Assistant (Normal Scan Resumes)
