  13.                 2.    Be a node in Fidonet or SIGNet
  14.                 3.    Fully agree to, and comply with, the conditions laid
  15.                       out in this file.

  38.      There are a couple of terms to which you have to fully agree with
  39.      before returning this form to the author! These terms are:

  41.      (1):       I'll poll EyeS Delight or another beta-distribution node at
  42.                 least once a week to pick up new beta releases and non-beta
  43.                 releases.
  44.  
  45.      (2):       I will arrange to be connected to the special beta-echo and
  46.                 promise to take an active part of this echo, both by
  47.                 reading and posting messages.
  48.  
  49.      (3):       I'll contact the author at least once a week via Echo- or
  50.                 Netmail, and report wether or not I have come across any
  51.                 bugs, undocumented features, and any suggestions for
  52.                 improvements to future versions of Rafm.

  62.      (4):       I'll always have the latest unregistered non-beta version
  63.                 of RAFM available on my system for (free) download and
  64.                 filerequest.

  66.      (5):       I'll keep all information about beta-versions for my eyes
  67.                 only and will not report about problems/bugs/new
  68.                 features/etc. in beta-versions via any method other than
  69.                 the special beta-echo or by netmail direct to the author.

  71.      (6):       If I fail to fully comply with these terms, I'm aware that
  72.                 my beta-status will be withdrawn. If this happens, I agree
  73.                 to remove and destroy any beta versions of Rafm that I have
  74.                 on my system.
