  139. advertisement and call to the attention of BBS any error. If the 
  140. first insertion passes without report, payment is required.

  143. ADVERTISER warrants that it is legally authorized to advertise 
  144. the product or service, and that the advertisement does not 
  145. infringe any copyrights, patents or trademarks or contract that 
  146. ADVERTISER is a party to. ADVERTISER will indemnify BBS for any 
  147. claims made by third parties related to the advertisement.

  150. ADVERTISER must give a minimum notice of @444 days for 
  151. cancellation and must pay for any insertions between the 
  152. insertion and the minimum notice period.

  156. BBS may change these terms upon notice to the ADVERTISER. In 
  157. addition, the BBS from time to time may issue "bulletins" or 
  158. provide text files for download and review which contain 
  159. regulations or rates related to classified advertising. These 
  160. terms shall be deemed to be incorporated in this agreement.
