  8.                         REGISTRATION/ORDERING INFORMATION

  12.      A SIO/VSIO/VX00 registration licenses you to use the product on a
  13.      regular basis.  Individual users need register only one copy of
  14.      SIO/VSIO/VX00 for personal use;  registration includes licensed use of
  15.      all upgrades to the major version number registered.  When the major
  16.      version number changes, say from 1.55 to 2.00, you must re-register
  17.      (pay up again).  Upgrades are NOT automatically sent to registered
  18.      users.  See LICENSE.TXT for additional information.

  20.      The registration fee covers only the use of the program.
  21.  
  22.      Please use the registration form (below) to send in your registration
  23.      fee.

  27.                         Corporate and Quantity Purchases
  28.  
  29.      All corporate, business, government or other commercial users of
  30.      SIO/VSIO/VX00 must be registered.  We offer quantity discounts
  31.      starting at the eleventh copy.  Corporate or site licensing is also
  32.      available.
  33.  
  34.      Licensing agreements allow duplication and distribution of specific
  35.      numbers of copies within the licensed institution.  Duplication of
  36.      multiple copies is not allowed except through execution of a licensing
  37.      agreement.

  39.      The quantity discounts are as follows:

  41.           00 - 10 copies:     no discount 
  42.           11 - 25 copies:     15% discount 
  43.           26 - 50 copies:     20% discount 
  44.           51 - 100 copies:    25% discount 
  45.           101+ copies:        30% discount

  47.      ALL PRICES AND DISCOUNTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. 
  48.      Discounts are not cumulative; they apply to single orders of like
  49.      products only. Unit prices are the same as for individual users.
