  8.      SIO/VSIO/VX00 is not public domain software, nor is it free
  9.      software.

  11.      SIO/VSIO/VX00 is copyright (C) 1994 by Raymond L. Gwinn.

  13.      Non-registered users are granted a limited license to use
  14.      SIO/VSIO/VX00 on a trial basis for the purpose of determining
  15.      whether SIO/VSIO/VX00 is suitable for their needs.  Use of
  16.      SIO/VSIO/VX00, except for this limited purpose, requires
  17.      registration.  Use of non-registered copies of SIO/VSIO/VX00 by
  18.      any person, business, corporation, governmental agency or other
  19.      entity institution is strictly forbidden.

  21.      Registration grants a user the right to use SIO/VSIO/VX00 only on
  22.      a single computer; a registered user may use the program on a
  23.      different computer, but may not use the program on more than one
  24.      computer at the same time.

  26.      No one may modify SIO/VSIO/VX00 in any way, including but not
  27.      limited to decompiling, disassembling or otherwise reverse
  28.      engineering the program.

  30.      All users are granted a limited license to copy SIO/VSIO/VX00
  31.      only for the trial use of others subject to the above
  32.      limitations, and also the following:

  34.           SIO/VSIO/VX00 must be copied in unmodified form, complete
  35.           with the file containing license and ordering information.

  37.           The full SIO/VSIO/VX00 documentation must be included with
  38.           the copy.

  40.           No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or
  41.           requested by any licensee.

  43.           SIO/VSIO/VX00 may not be distributed in conjunction with any
  44.           other product.

  46.      Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (Sysops) may post
  47.      SIO/VSIO/VX00 for downloading by their users only as long as the
  48.      above conditions are met.

  50.      Distributors of public domain or user supported software may
  51.      distribute copies of SIO/VSIO/VX00 subject to the above
  52.      conditions.
