  1. CONST allows you to set certain construction 
  2. parameters using various construction options.

  4. Choose from the following options:

  6. PLANE   - to define the desired construction plane. This
  7.           option is also assigned an Immediate Mode 
  8.           command.
  9.  
  10. DEPTH   - to change the working depth at which entities 
  11.           are created (when depth is used for creation) 
  12.           by adding a specified value to the current 
  13.           working depth.
  14.  
  15. 2D/3D   - to select two-dimensional or three-dimensional
  16.           mode for various geometric modeling functions, 
  17.           the Position Menu, and CADL point and line 
  18.           coordinate output.
  19.  
  20. L-LIMIT - to choose whether to create lines to the length 
  21.           of the current viewport limits, or limit line 
  22.           length to the selected line creation methods 
  23.           such as angle, endpoints, parallel, and tangent.
