  1. MOMENT allows you to calculate the polar moment of inertia
  2. of a selected closed region, with respect to a selected
  3. axis normal to the screen.
  4.  
  5. Indicate the configurations available for MOMENT analysis 
  6. by choosing from the following options:
  7.  
  8. CIRCLE - to select an arc or circle for calculation.
  9.  
  10. CLSD LN - to select a set of line entities whose
  11. projections define a closed region in the current view.
  12.  
  13. GENERAL - to choose a set of entities (excluding points)
  14. whose projections define a closed region in the current
  15. view.
  16.  
  17. Unlike the CIRCLE and CLSD LN options, the GENERAL option
  18. calculates the components of the polar moment with respect
  19. to orthogonal axes through the polar position and displays
  20. them along with the polar moment. These axes are parallel 
  21. to the x and y axes of the display.
  22.
