  1. SCALE allows you to increase or decrease the displayed
  2. size of a part by entering a relative scale factor and a
  3. new center position. You can set the current scale by
  4. using the assigned Immediate Mode command or by choosing
  5. the S: function in the Status Window.
  6.  
  7. This option does not change the part data, only the 
  8. display of the part on the screen. To change the actual 
  9. size of the part, use the X-FORM, SCALE options.
  10.  
  11. If you are working in more than one viewport, cursor-
  12. indicate the viewport that contains the part you want to
  13. scale. Note that you need to select the viewports one at a
  14. time. In other words, you cannot scale all of the viewport 
  15. simultaneously.

  17. Enter a new scale factor to shrink or enlarge the selected
  18. entities, relative to the currently displayed size of the
  19. part. The current scale factor for the part is displayed 
  20. in parentheses in the Prompt Line.

  22. A scale factor f > 1 enlarges the part and the scale 
  23. factor 0 < f < 1 shrinks the part.

  25. Indicate a new center position for the part, or accept the
  26. current center position by pressing <Enter>.

  28. The part is scaled relative to its current size, using the
  29. new center position and the assigned scale factor.
