  1. SAVE allows you to store the current part, in the 
  2. selected view, as a plot file.
  3.  
  4. Enter a filename for the plot file, and press <Enter>. 
  5. When CADKEY displays more than one viewport, select 
  6. the viewport containing the view you want to store as
  7. a plot file.

  9. To store the plot file, choose one of the following
  10. options:

  12. PEN # - to plot according to the pen number attribute
  13. assigned to each entity during part creation. Because the 
  14. pen number attribute in the system has a maximum value of
  15. eight, use plotter pens nine and above with plotters that
  16. support more than eight pens.

  18. COLOR - to plot according to the color assigned to each 
  19. entity during part creation. The color attribute in the 
  20. system ranges from 1 to 15, allowing you to control up
  21. to 15 pens on the plotter.

  23. Select the entities to be stored in the plot file using a
  24. Selection Menu option.

  26. CADKEY creates the plot file automatically.
