  1. TXT POS allows you to change the position of the text in
  2. an existing dimension, note, or label entity.
  3.  
  4. To select the desired entity move the cursor to the lower
  5. left corner of the entity's upper left text string and 
  6. press the cursor button.

  8. After the desired text is selected, a rectangular box 
  9. which entirely encompasses the text is attached to the
  10. cursor. The point where this box is attached to the cursor
  11. is determined by the current text placement parameters.

  13. Locate a new position for the text and press the cursor
  14. button.
  15.  
  16. The text is centered and redrawn inside of the rectangular
  17. box at its new location and any modifications required to
  18. arrows, leaders, and witness lines are automatically made.
