  1. ROTATE changes an instance's rotation angle by letting you
  2. to enter a new value.
  3.  
  4. The active instance is surrounded by a dashed,
  5. highlighted box.
  6.  
  7. Enter the new rotation angle, or press <Enter> to accept
  8. the default.
  9.  
  10. Enter a positive angle value in degrees. CADKEY changes
  11. the rotation angle by doing a 2-D rotation about the
  12. drawing instance's center. 
  13.  
  14. Remember, you are changing the active instance's rotation
  15. angle, not that of any of the other instances.
  16.  
  17. In Drawing Layout Mode, when you rotate an instance that
  18. has a cross-hatching or dimensions tagged to it, the 
  19. cross-hatching pattern or dimension moves accordingly.
  20.  
  21. Press (F10) to return to the MODIFY menu.
