  1. WITNESS allows you to create witness lines when you want
  2. to create dimensions or labels using separate text and
  3. witness line entities.
  4.  
  5. Create witness lines by choosing one of the following
  6. options:
  7.  
  8. ENDPTS  - to create a witness line on the screen by 
  9.           defining the start and endpoints.
  10.  
  11. STRING  - to create a string of witness lines by assuming
  12.           that the endpoint of one line is the starting
  13.           point of the next.
  14.  
  15. PARALEL - to create a witness line parallel to a 
  16.           previously created line through a specified 
  17.           point.
  18.  
  19. PERPEND - to create a witness line from a designated point
  20.           to an existing line entity so that the new 
  21.           witness line and the existing line are 
  22.           perpendicular.
  23.
