  1. LINES allows you to create a specified number of new line
  2. entities of equal lengths on referenced curve entities.
  3.  
  4. Enter the desired number of segments (from 1 to 500) and
  5. press <Enter>.
  6.  
  7. Select a desired curve entity, on which the new line
  8. segments is to will be created. If an arc or circle entity
  9. is selected, identify the portion of the circle formed by
  10. the arc to create line segments by entering the desired
  11. start and end angles (in degrees). The current start and
  12. end angles of the reference entity are displayed in
  13. parentheses. Press <Enter> to accept these angles, or
  14. enter new values and press <Enter> for each prompt.

  16. A series of x markers is drawn on the reference entity to
  17. indicate where the segmentation is to be performed. Choose
  18. from the NO/YES menu displayed to accept these markers
  19. (YES) or reselect a new entity for segmentation (NO).

  21. Choose to group the segments from the NO/YES menu
  22. displayed. If you choose YES, enter a group name.

  24. Enter a group name and press <Enter>, or accept the one
  25. displayed in parentheses by pressing <Enter>. A check is
  26. performed by the system to see if the group already 
  27. exists. If so, you are asked if you want to create a 
  28. subgroup.

  30. Choose YES or NO from the menu. If you choose YES, another
  31. subgroup is chosen.

  33. The entity segments are created and take on the current
  34. color, line type, line width, pen number, and level.
