  1. CONIC allows you to construct a conic section such as 
  2. an ellipse, hyperbola, or parabola.

  4. Create a conic by choosing from the following options:

  6. 5 COND (five conditions) - to create an ellipse, 
  7. hyperbola, or parabola, by indicating two, three, four, 
  8. or five points through which the entity will pass.

  10. 6 COEFF (six coefficients) - to create an ellipse,
  11. hyperbola, or parabola, by entering values for the six
  12. coefficients of the following equation, which is the 
  13. general quadratic representation of a conic.

  15.        A*x^2 + B*x*y + C*y^2 + D*x + E*y + F = 0
  16.  
  17. PARABOL - to create a parabola by defining the directrix,
  18. the focus, and the entity's start point and endpoint.
  19.  
  20. ELLIPSE - to create an elliptical arc by defining
  21. the length and orientation of the major and minor axes, 
  22. and the start, end, and center points of the entity.
