  3.  Creates a multi-layer wall arc through three points.

  5.          1. (NUM) option: 0 - free arc, 1 - in one wall, 2 - between two walls
  6.       for option 1:

  11.          4. (IND) second wall of arc (press <ENTER> for a NEW first wall)

  14.          6. (POINT) starting point of arc
  15.          7. (POINT) intermediate point of arc (press <ENTER> for a NEW start

  17.          8. (POINT) end point of arc (press <ENTER> for a NEW intermediate pt.)

  23.  Description:
  24.  Using this command, you may create free arcs, i.e., not connected to any other
  25.  walls, or an arc within an existing straight multi-layer wall. You may also
  26.  create an arc between two disconnected straight walls.
  27.  State whether the arc is to be a free arc, within a wall or between two
  28.  aligned walls.
  29.  Free arc  concave or convex
  30.  Specify three points (first, intermediate and last). State whether the points
  31.  are to be on the concave or convex surface of the arc.
  32.  Arc within an existing wall or between two walls  CONVEX surface
  33.  For an arc within a wall, indicate the wall in which the arc is to be created.
  34.  For an arc between two walls, indicate the two walls between which the arc is
  35.  to be created.
  36.  Specify three points (first, intermediate and last). Be sure that the first
  37.  and last points are on that side of the wall which will be the CONVEX side of
  38.  the arc. Specify that the points relate to the CONVEX surface of the arc.
  39.  Arc within existing walls or between two walls  CONCAVE surface
  40.  For an arc within a wall, indicate the wall in which the arc is to be created.
