  3.  Creates a multi-layer wall arc of a given radius through two points.

  5.          1. (NUM) option: 0 - free arc, 1 - in one wall, 2 - between two walls

  23.  Description:
  24.  Using this command, you may create a multi-layer wall arc by defining a radius
  25.  and two points. The arc will start at the first point and terminate at the
  26.  second. The radius of the arc will be taken as the distance from the center of
  27.  the arc to the surface that was specified as that which will pass through the
  28.  defined points (concave or convex).
  29.  State whether the arc is to be a free arc, within a wall or between two
  30.  aligned walls.

  32.  Specify three points (first, last and direction point). Specify the radius.
  33.  State whether the points are to be on the concave or convex surface of the
  34.  arc.
  35.  Arc within an existing wall or between two walls  CONVEX surface
  36.  For an arc within a wall, indicate the wall in which the arc is to be created.
  37.  For an arc between two walls, indicate the two walls between which the arc is
  38.  to be created.
  39.  Specify three points (first, last and direction). Be sure that the first and
  40.  last points are on that side of the wall which will be the CONVEX side of the
  41.  arc. Specify the radius. Specify that the points relate to the CONVEX surface
  42.  of the arc.
