  10.  Description:
  11.  This command creates two or four tangential help lines between two indicated
  12.  wire arcs or circles on the same plane. If any of the arcs are such that the
  13.  tangents do not meet it, they will be drawn to points that are extensions of the
  14.  arc. The smaller help lines perpendicular to the first help lines indicate the
  15.  exact point of contact with the true arc or circle.
