  3. Sets a new scale for the display.
  4. (A nested command.)

  6.          1. (CHAR) center: (c-current, n-new) OR origin: (l-lower left,
  7.                                                             m-middle) <c>
  8.          2. (NUM) new scale (0.01  100000)
  9.          if reply `n' to prompt 1:
  10.          3. (POINT) new screen center point

  12. Description
  13. This command changes the current scale.
  14.  
  15. You may specify that the current screen center point will remain at the center
  16. (option `c' the default), or indicate a location which will become the new
  17. screen center point (option `n'), or opt to have the origin point (0 0 0)
  18. located at the lower-left corner of the screen (option `l') or in the middle
  19. of the screen (option `m').  Specify the new scale.  If you selected option
  20. `n' you will be prompted to indicate the current location of the new center
  21. point.

  23. Using METERS, the valid scales are 1:0.01 up to 1:100,000.  Using FEET, the
  24. valid scales are 10' up to 0.0012" (10.000' up to 0.0001').
