  8. Description:
  9. This command creates a help-line parallel to an existing line through
  10. a specified point. Indicate the line to which the help-line is to be parallel.
  11. Then pick the point through which it is to pass.
  12. You are prompted for additional lines and points until you select another
  13. command.
