  3. Calculates area of a polygon.
  4.  
  5.         1. * (IND) Polygon or Simple Solid edge
  6.         2. * (Y/N) confirm choice
  7.  
  8. Description:
  9. This command calculates the area of any polygon. Indicate the polygon, and
  10. confirm your choice. The area will appear in the prompt line.
  11. If you indicate one of the edges of a simple solid, the areas of the upper and
  12. lower bases will be given.
  13. Polygons of type 9 entities (created using commands such as \secte, \rosol,
  14. etc.) may also be measured.
  15. The result format is:
  16. Area of the polygon (m2) = NNNNN.NNNN
  17. or
  18. Area of the bases (m2) = NNNN.NNNN NNNN.NNNN
  19. Press ENTER to obtain the area of another polygon. The command remains active
  20. until a new command is invoked.
