  3. Rotates a drawing within its frame.

  5.          1.  (IND) frame to rotate content
  6.          2.  (Y/N) confirm choice
  7.          3.  (POINT) center of rotation, <ENTER>-frame middle pt.
  8.          4.* (NUM) rotation angle (+/- 0-360), <ENTER>-new center of rotation

  11. Description
  12. This command rotates a drawing within its frame on a drawing sheet.
  13.  
  14. Indicate and confirm the drawing to be rotated. Specify a point to
  15. be the center of rotation. Press <ENTER> if this point
  16. is to be the frame's middle point. This may be any point inside or
  17. outside the drawing sheet. Then specify the angle of rotation (0-360
  18. degrees). To define a new center of rotation, press <ENTER>.

  20. Confirm the result. If you reply `n' the original state will be restored.

  22. The system prompts you to specify another angle for the drawing until
  23. you select a new command. If you wish to rotate another drawing, restart
  24. the command (press B3 of the mouse or <Alt> +F9).

  26. NOTE 1:When indicating a drawing you may indicate either the frame itself or
  27. its contents but indicating the frame will save time.
  28. NOTE 2: If the drawing was an unclipped drawing (red frame) it will become
  29. a clipped drawing (green frame) once it has been rotated.
  30. NOTE 3: The frame containing the drawing is not rotated. If you wish to
  31. rotate the frame together with its contents use the \dmrot command
  32. (increments of 90 degrees only).
