  16.           DESCRIPTION
  17.                The SQL*DBA utility, described in the _O_R_A_C_L_E _D_a_t_a_b_a_s_e
  18.                _A_d_m_i_n_i_s_t_r_a_t_o_r'_s _G_u_i_d_e, is a tool for DBAs to manage and mon-
  19.                itor a database.  It can start and stop a database, monitor
  20.                use and performance, and perform backup and recovery.
