  7. The product is composed of 3 modules.
  8.  
  9. ReportBuilder
  10. Graphics design of the report. A part of the resquest syntax SQL is
  11. linked to each field. Protection by HostID (one for each machine).
  12. Available 1/94.

  14. ReportEngine (standard run-time)
  15. Allow the report execution. The reports are executed at the launching.
  16. The run-time must be launch for every printing (whether simultaneous
  17. or not). Network protected by a server of licenses installed in the
  18. system. Available 1/94.

  20. ReportServer (pro server run-time)
  21. Some as the above for the execution, but in addition, it functions as
  22. a client/server (background daemon). Printer server are set-up on the
  23. network, with a controlled reporting spool (change of files, of order,
  24. or even delete). It is possible to set a time for the report printing.
  25. Available Q1-94.

  27. Beta version (release 0.9 of ReportBuilder and ReportEngine) available
  28. 12/93. Free upgrade to 1.0.

  31.     ReportEngine.4.0.pkg is to be used with Sybase servers version 4.0.
  32.     ReportEngine.4.6.pkg is to be used with Sybase servers version
  33.      4.6 or more.
