  24.                    VESA Super VGA BIOS Extensions

  27.     This directory contains terminate and stay resident (TSR) versions
  28. of most Super VGA card's VESA BIOS Extensions implementations. The TSRs
  29. have been placed in the public domain by the various graphics card
  30. manufacturers. They may be freely copied and distributed.

  32.         Select the appropriate TSR for your particular video card, and add
  33. a command to your AUTOEXEC.BAT file that will load the TSR each time you
  34. restart your computer.  If you create a boot disk, you may also need to
  35. copy the TSR to the boot disk, and add it to the AUTOEXEC.BAT on the
  36. boot disk.

  38.     There is no way for us to insure that these are the latest
  39. drivers from the various graphic card companies. We take no responsibility
  40. for the drivers and make absolutely no warranties as to their use. The
  41. safest option is to obtain the appropriate Vesa driver directly from your
  42. graphics card manufacturer.

  44.     We will say that if you have a HiColor graphics card, then the
  45. Tseng driver is one that you might try after trying the driver for
  46. your specific graphics card. If the video chips for your graphics card
  47. were made by Chips & Technologies, then you may want to try the driver
  48. provided by Chips & Technologies in addition to a driver which
  49. was made for your graphics card. If your video card is based on the
  50. Western Digital 24 bit chipset, you may want to try the vesa driver
  51. from Western Digital in the DIAMOND2 directory which supports the Diamond 24X.

  53.     Vlist.exe is a public domain program which lists the VESA modes
  54. supported by the currently installed TSR.

  57. is provided without charge or support, and is only provided for your
