- As anyone who sends/receives a lot of mail will know, it can be difficult
- keeping track of what is still to be replied to, or what replies you should
- have received by now. The 'log' feature of Pro-Organiser makes this much
- easier.

- Lets say you send off for a new disk-drive on the 10th April.

- Go to the mail log, and click the 'Add Entry' icon. You will be asked what
- type of correspondance it is - in this case it's postal.

- Next, you enter the direction (outgoing), and a brief description of who it's
- to and what it's about.

- The completed log entry will then appear. If any query arises, it's then easy
- to go back to the log and find out what date you sent in your order.
- Clicking on an entry, will 'tick' it to show that a reply has been received.

- Similarly, you can enter details of incoming mail (eg: bills) and will be able
- to see at a glance what is still to be dealt with (ie: paid), and how long
- ago you received it.
