  1. The planner feature works along the same lines as those charts you get with
  2. the sticky labels that are used to allocate holidays, meetings etc..

  4. On screen you'll see a grid, representing a month. The month can be changed
  5. using the icons in the same way as you would with the calendar.

  7. Below that are some coloured squares.
  8.  
  9. Click on the 'Edit Key' icon and choose a colour (lets say blue).
  10. Enter some text to indicate what blue refers to (holidays?), and it'll appear
  11. on the key.

  13. Then it's simply a case of placing blue stickers on the grid wherever they are
  14. required. To choose a different colour sticker, just click on the colour you
  15. want. To clear a square on the grid, click on it again with the same colour.

  17. The 'keys' work seperately from each other - in other words, yellow in June
  18. can mean something totally different to yellow in July.
