- While you are new to Windows,
- select and experiment with the
- icons provided. Some will not be
- useful to you, but others offer
- delightful utilities. Some, like
- SETUP and CONTROL PANEL offer
- custom configuration for the
- Windows program itself. With
- these you can control the color
- of window backgrounds and text,
- the size and type of fonts, and
- the video mode you want to use.
- Included with Windows is a
- word processing program, a text
- file viewer, a drawing program, a
- modem communications package, and
- several smaller tools including a
- calendar, clock, rolodex, a couple
- of video games and a calculator.
- You could accomplish quite a
- bit just with Windows without ever
- using any other software!
