Transcription: Right. And I think these people consider themselves and may rightly be so that they're sort of air traffic controllers of the internet. And I mean, they're handling the major corridors between every major business in the Northeast and every university. They're handling the internet traffic, so what they call the backbone internet traffic. And so they have an enormous responsibility to keep things open and if they see problems, to change the car doors and find other ways to route the signals.
