  2. release of the firm's new Investment Analysis Interface. The new product
  3. links Timberline's Property Management Gold (PM Gold) accounting and
  4. business management software program with ARGUS Financial Software's real
  5. estate investment analysis package.

  7. Investment Analysis Interface allows property managers to send property,
  8. unit and tenant accounting/management information from PM Gold directly to
  9. ARGUS for detailed lease and investment analysis, without re-entering the
  10. information. Property/asset managers can then use ARGUS to produce
  11. detailed income and expense projections.

  13. The Interface retails for $990 (single-user) and $1,490 (multi-user). The
  14. software runs on IBM and IBM-compatible hardware.

  17. analysis software for valuations, budgeting, asset management and
  18. underwriting of office, retail, industrial, hotel, apartment and
