  9.     Every  SysOp should  assume  that any  file  uploaded to  him  that can  be
  10.     executed  (i.e. .BAS, .COM, .EXE) has the  capability of destroying all the
  11.     files  available to  the PC it  is executed  on.   This may be  because the
  12.     documentation   is in  error, the program was  executed incorrectly, or the
  13.     program was designed to be malicious.  It behooves every SysOp to know what
  14.     every  uploaded file does in order to  protect not only the RBBS-PC system,
  15.     but its users.
